Katy Brickley, Go Easy Read

Katy Brickley

Katy is an Easy Read translator and communications researcher. She has been an accessible formats translator since 2005.

With a PhD in linguistics and experience co-writing with people with learning disabilities, Katy uses her knowledge of language to create informed and accessible translations.

Katy is an active member of the UKAAF Easy Read standards group and other clear language research and practitioner networks.

Peter Mundy, Go Easy Read

Peter Mundy

Peter has over 20 years’ experience writing informative and engaging texts for a range of audiences, specialising in making complex information accessible for the general public.

As a freelance writer and communications specialist, he has worked on several major sustainable food and farming projects, including editing the original English text for the European Commission’s Organic Farming website. Peter was editor of the Soil Association’s Organic Farming magazine for over 12 years.
